Overview
This area is meant for application for and review/preparation/processing of access requests related to FIAS, which may be generated
- by clicking New Issue above or
- by sending an e-mail to access@fias.uni-frankfurt.de.
For pending issues, check Issues (allows viewing/editing/amending issues), or reply to a previous request-related e-mail.
The following kinds of requests are covered here:
- Obtaining (please indicate)
- a personalized card or token for building access and/or
- a personalized account for IT access.
- Having specific permissions on any of the above (please elaborate).
- Informing us about lost (or found) cards or tokens.
- Returning a card or token.
- Deleting an account.
Please be sure to include the following information:
- the name and e-mail address of the person concerned
- for cards and tokens, the number if already known
- for accounts, the login name if already known
